About Balance Bloom Nutrition

Why I Love to Coach

Hello everyone! My name is Reba, and I’m currently training to become a certified holistic nutrition coach.

I’m passionate about this path because I truly love helping people—especially those who are walking a journey similar to mine.

Since I was 19, I’ve been living lupus and a few other chronic illnessses, these conditions have brought many tears, a lot of pain, and more challenges than I ever imagined.

But through all of it, I’ve discovered what actually helps me feel better. I’ve learned which foods nourish my body instead of fueling inflammation, which stress-relief practices bring real calm, and how small, consistent changes can create meaningful relief.

That’s exactly why I want to become a holistic nutrition coach: to share what I’ve learned so others dealing with chronic illness can find some of that same hope and ease.

Living with any chronic condition is exhausting and stressful. If I can help even one person reduce that stress a little—through better food choices, gentle lifestyle tweaks, or just knowing they’re not alone—that would bring me more joy than I can express!

I’ve come to understand that inflammation plays a huge role in how these conditions feel day-to-day. That’s why focusing on anti-inflammatory foods and habits has become such a game-changer for my own well-being… and it’s what I’m most excited to help others explore too.

So here I am—still in the learning phase, but fully committed to becoming that supportive, knowledgeable holistic nutrition coach someone out there might need.

My Mission


As a holistic nutrition coach I’m on a path to help people ease inflammation through smart, gentle nutrition choices and practical ways to dial down stress. Think real solutions that actually fit into busy, real lives—not quick fixes or overwhelming overhauls.

I’m all about the combo because they work together beautifully. Anti-inflammatory foods (like colorful veggies, healthy fats, and spices that fight back) help calm the body from the inside, while simple stress-busters—like breathing practices, short walks in nature, gentle movement, or even just carving out a few minutes to unwind—help stop the stress-inflammation cycle before it spirals.

If you’re tired of feeling run-down, inflamed, or just overwhelmed by everyday stress (because let’s be real, who isn’t these days?), I’m here to walk alongside you. We’ll figure out what works for YOUR body and YOUR life, so you can feel more energized, balanced, and in control.
