Hello everyone! My name is Reba, and I’m currently training to become a certified holistic nutrition coach.
I’m passionate about this path because I truly love helping people—especially those who are walking a journey similar to mine.
Since I was 19, I’ve been living with multiple chronic illnesses: lupus was the first, followed by Sjögren’s syndrome, inverse psoriasis, interstitial lung disease (ILD), eczema, IBS, and most recently, a diagnosis of vulvar Crohn’s disease (Crohn’s disease affecting the skin). These conditions have brought many tears, a lot of pain, and more challenges than I ever imagined.
But through all of it, I’ve discovered what actually helps me feel better. I’ve learned which foods nourish my body instead of fueling inflammation, which stress-relief practices bring real calm, and how small, consistent changes can create meaningful relief.
That’s exactly why I want to become a holistic nutrition coach: to share what I’ve learned so others dealing with chronic illness can find some of that same hope and ease.
Living with any chronic condition is exhausting and stressful. If I can help even one person reduce that stress a little—through better food choices, gentle lifestyle tweaks, or just knowing they’re not alone—that would bring me more joy than I can express!
I’ve come to understand that inflammation plays a huge role in how these conditions feel day-to-day. That’s why focusing on anti-inflammatory foods and habits has become such a game-changer for my own well-being… and it’s what I’m most excited to help others explore too.
So here I am—still in the learning phase, but fully committed to becoming that supportive, knowledgeable holistic nutrition coach someone out there might need.
